This is my flight meal...so-so only the taste but the plain rice is good.
Finally arrive~
I didn't continue to take picture cause when we arrive we immediately start work so it was a very interesting and tiring day but I had fun at the garden wedding. It was awesome.
So we sent back at evening to search for food.. Our lovely tour guide Ms. Jane became our driver and brought us around and she brought us to a food stall. Really lots of choices but I wasn't feeling well that night so I ordered something light to eat.
From the left side is my seaweed soup base glass noodle and the right side picture is sotong bakar (fried squid)~
Ever since I ate the seaweed soup with glass noodle, I have fallen in love with it. I know it is a very easy ingredient and simple taste but I still love it. Haha...
And here is Ms Jane here. She's very friendly and also a food lover. When it comes to food, me and her will just keep on going about it. Haha~
The next day was the actual day for Paul and Jeannie, so it has been a very busy day. After the dinner reception finish, I manage to snap some shots. Not much but the theme is very good.
So the next day we hang out with Paul's family to have lunch. They are all nice people to hang around. Too bad I was sick being attack by migraine.
This is the well-known Lobak. I love it...Gonna eat it again when I get to Penang again. Hehe~
It was a luxurious meal for me eating with a bunch of wonderful people~
After our lunch, Paul wanted to give us a tour to his camera museum ( he's one of the founder ) and here are some snaps I managed to get.
Btw guys, I wont show too much of the snaps I got in this museum. But I encourage you guys to go and see and venture around. It is way alot better than seeing my pictures. You can get more information there and know more about cameras.
Here's the main entrance~
And this is Paul, our Mr. Nice Guy who volunteer to give us a great tour.
Cute kids camera~ XD
This is a very cool camera which were designed based on Princess Diana...the rest of the detail I forgot already ( I have a very bad and short term of memory) TwT
This cameras were designed with a real snake skin...Cool~
This are one of the display which visitors can touch it and have a closer look.
Now this is a very special room for the cameras. It is a spy room with loads of spy cameras and also a camera that used for war.
Well I had fun in this dark room. The atmosphere were totally awesome~
So after we are done with the visiting, I came across a wall stone with cameras and phones attached on it.
The words on it was really inspiring~
And here are the cafeteria so after the visit, it would be great to chill out here and the cakes seems yummy. ( I didn't manage to sit n shill cause we need to rush our time to try something else )
The museum really mesmerize me alot and of course, I wouldn't just go home empty handed. So I grab a lil bit of gift for myself.
Fridge magnet~
Enjoying myself with the props they have~
After you pay the entrance fee, this is the pass you will get~
After the visit, Paul brought us around to see the famous street arts. I saw alot of wonderful artworks but didn't manage snap~
So I only able to snap a lil bit and there is this one famous street cat art. If you love adventure and art hunting, go for this cat art. I saw 6 cats but I only manage to snap 5 only. It was great and fun plus the drawings are cute and lovely. ( Gonna plan to have another visit to Penang in the future~ ^^)
After the street visit, it is local food time~
Paul brought us to a famous local food stall which only serves....Chao Kue Tyeo
This aunty here, really is a very patient person...she won't stuff the whole thing into the wok but plate per plate. So that the customers can eat the food with a very satisfying taste. Paul mentioned to us that sometimes this aunty would wear a goggle to cook. Cool~
Here are my lovely local food, , the left side is the famous ais kacang ABC, middle is the famous Chao Kue Tyeo and Cold Coconut from right~
The shop name is Cafe Heng Huat ~ ^^
And so after all the visiting, it is time for me to leave Penang. Paul sent us all to the airport to say goodbye to us all. He is really indeed a sentimental and friendly guy. Haha.
Wish you luck Paul and Happy Wedding to you and Jeannie eventhough this post is quite late also also the wishing.
